Referral software for restoration companies

Restoration referral software connects the company that receives a lead with the plumber, property manager or other partner who sent it. Weave is being built to keep the referral, job progress, agreed reward and partner relationship together, from the first report through the paid job.

Product overview · Reviewed . Weave is in development and opening to more companies soon. These pages explain the intended workflows.

A program your company owns

Your company runs the program: you choose the partners, decide the reward rules and handle the work. Your partners use the app to send opportunities and see what happened to them. That distinction matters when you are choosing software: a tool for running your own relationships serves a different purpose from a marketplace that sells leads.

Weave starts with restoration because a single referral can involve several people, an urgent site visit, a long job and a reward that is earned later. Keeping those events connected helps the partner understand the outcome without calling your office for every update.

From a partner introduction to a paid job

The intended workflow keeps the source attached to the referral throughout the job. Before onboarding, agree on who can join the partner account and what makes a referral eligible.

  • Set up the partner company and the people allowed to join it. Share its QR code during the kickoff or in its marketing materials.
  • Capture the customer, location, description and photos with the referral so your team can respond.
  • Track sent, accepted, sold, completed and paid as distinct events. A referral being received is not the same as a reward being earned.
  • Apply the agreed reward and approval process at the job stage your company chooses.
  • Keep the partner's history, reward splits and Warranty Bank connected to that relationship.

Keep the CRM and referral program in step

The CRM remains the place your team runs the job. Weave's planned integration connects referral and job events to the partner program. An open API is necessary for a connection; an API alone does not mean a ready-made integration exists. Confirm support for your exact CRM, the events it exposes and the direction of each update before relying on automation.

A useful implementation check is to follow one sample referral through the entire process: partner submission, staff acceptance, job updates, reward approval and the partner's final view. Agree on how corrections and duplicate referrals will be handled before expanding the program.

More than a referral count

A relationship can also include the buildings a partner manages and the rep responsible for staying in touch. Weave's product plan brings Emergency Response Plans and business development activity into that same partner context.

To judge a program, distinguish referrals received, jobs sold, jobs paid and rewards paid. They answer different questions. Establish a baseline with your own operating data before making claims about revenue growth or conversion improvement.
