Give each relationship a usable history
A visit count tells you that a rep was busy. It does not explain what the partner needs or what was promised. Weave's planned activity record keeps visits, calls, texts, emails, notes and expenses with the partner.
A useful meeting note captures what changed, the next action and who owns it. When a different rep takes over, that history should help them continue the relationship without making the partner start again.
Connect activity to referral outcomes
The product design brings together rep activity, referrals and jobs sold. Those measures should remain distinct: an increase in visits is not proof of an increase in paid jobs.
Use your own baseline to review which relationships need attention. A partner's normal referral pattern is often more useful than comparing every partner against one identical target.
Plan the next conversation
Weave's planned tools include prospect lists by trade and area, weekly routes, reminders when a partner has not been contacted, and alerts when referral activity changes. Meeting preparation draws on the team's existing notes and partner history.
Treat these as prompts for the rep's judgment. A quiet partner may have a seasonal business, a changed contact or an unresolved issue. Record what the rep learns so the next reminder has better context.
- Review partners due for a visit or call.
- Check the last conversation and the promised follow-up.
- Group visits into a practical route.
- Record the outcome and a specific next step.
- Review resulting referrals and jobs over a meaningful period.
Confirm the tools available for your rollout
Weave is in development and the website illustrates the intended product. Confirm the current availability of prospecting, routing, alerts and assisted meeting preparation with the Weave team.
This page describes the planned workflow, not a claim that Weave has already improved a customer's sales results. Customer results should be published with a defined period, baseline and permission from the company involved.
